After having a terrible experienceWith Shoppers Drug Mart at Shoppers World. Never being able to speak with the pharmacy on the phone it was a monthly nightmare. I then changed my Pharmacy to Birchcliff Pharmacy on Kingston Rd. I was blown away with the customer service. They always answer the phone and a very polite by the name of Sam the pharmacist himself takes care personally of all of my needs. Also free delivery is a good thing for me that can't always come to pickup my medication hat's off and kudos to the whole team at Mina drug store highly recommended.

He will call your Doctor if there is an issue or he is worried about an interaction, he will call in for renewals for you or suggest things for ailments that will work with what you are already taking. He will call you to remind you that you should get your flu shot! I never knew that a pharmacy could be this amazing. 10/10!
